Small fire in a house under construction in the HQ response area on 3/6/15 (Group 2)

Arlington firefighters were dispatched to a reported fire in the HQ area on Friday March 6th at 08:30 hours. Units arrived to find an active fire in the wall of the structure that was extending into the attic. Firefighters made entry and had the fire under control quickly. Firefighters had difficulty making a hydrant as they were not shoveled. Units operated for about 2 hours. Mutual aid was provided by City of Poughkeepsie, Pleasant Valley, Lagrange and New Hamburg fire departments.
