Congratulations to LIEUTENANT Inglis who was promoted to CAPTAIN and PARAMEDIC Adams who was promoted to LIEUTENANT. These promotions were made because of CAPTAIN Rick Andersen's retirement. LIEUTENANT Adams will be attending Officer Training School at "THE ROCK" on Randall's Island in NYC. GOOD LUCK!
